Simply fill out the booking form and post or take it to the Theatre Royal Box Office.
Seating allocation for renewing subscribers is made in the order of subscription level, with Platinum subscribers receiving the same seats for each concert and from year to year.
Preference in seating allocation thereafter, is assigned to Gold subscribers, Silver subscribers and Bronze subscribers in that order.
After the close of the preferential subscriber renewal period on Friday 23 November, 2018, all subscriptions will be processed as received and the best available seats allocated.
Tickets for all renewing and new subscribers will be posted to the primary subscriber address from Monday 17 December 2018.

Concession subscriptions are available to recipients of means-tested pensions or benefits. We also accept the Companion Card. Travel Cards, Seniors Cards and other non-means-tested cards cannot be accepted as proof of entitlement. Please provide your concession card number on the booking form.
A limited number of discount subscriptions are available for primary, secondary and full-time tertiary students. For twenty lucky students, $35 will secure a seat at all seven concerts. You simply need to present your student ID at the Theatre Royal Box Office when purchasing your subscription. Conditions apply:
Subject to availability at time of purchase, full-time students can buy rush tickets from the venue box office one hour prior to each concert for only $15. Student identification is required at time of purchase.
If you lose or misplace your tickets, and you are a subscriber, we will issue free replacement tickets prior to the concert from the venue box office.
Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final and no refunds can be made once payment has been processed. Gold, Silver and Bronze subscribers may exchange tickets for another concert in the series up until seven days prior to the concert date upon payment of a reissue fee and any additional ticket charges. Tickets may only be exchanged in person at the Theatre Royal Box Office.
Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final and instalments cannot be cancelled after tickets have been issued. Payment by instalment is offered to reduce the up-front burden of purchasing a subscription package.
Hobart Town Hall is accessible by wheelchair and has facilities for wheelchair users. Please advise the box office of your requirements when booking.
On concert nights Musica Viva Tasmania operates a licensed bar in the Hobart Town Hall ante-room. Refreshments are available for purchase from 30 minutes before each concert as well as during interval.
